We use applied neuroscience in the form of neurofeedback to address brain patterns that cause or contribute to anxiety, depression, poor sleep, attention deficits, emotional outbursts or anger, and much more. This therapy can go by many names, including: brain training, neurofeedback, biofeedback, and neurobiofeedback, just to name a few. But all of these names simply mean one thing: we support your road to healthier brain patterns and happier life through non-invasive means!

qEEG Brain Mapping: A Snapshot of the Brain
We offer one of the most comprehensive brain mapping packages available to consumers as a stand-alone service, or as part of neurofeedback therapy. Brain mapping is a quick and non-invasive process that provides a revealing and comprehensive picture of your brainwave activity. Your brainwave activity can be too fast, too slow, or blocked in certain areas. This is what causes mental health symptoms. The brain map is like a guidebook for any therapist or neurofeedback practitioner to see exactly whats going on under the hood, which is often unbeknownst to client and practitioner.
Detailed information about the Q brain map can be found on our "What is Neurofeedback?" page.
